Full Protection works when a simple but mandatory condition is met - in case of an accident or even minor damage to the car, it is necessary, without leaving the scene of the accident, to call the police (112) and the insurance company, as well as inform the rental company and get recommendations for further actions. If this condition is not met, the lessee is fully liable for damage to the rented car.
The car is reserved for you with fixed parameters: the configuration and conditions correspond to the order 100%. No confirmation from the manager is required — you get exactly the car you chose.

To conclude a lease agreement, a foreigner must provide a national passport and an international driving license or a driver's license, in which the name and surname are indicated in Latin characters.
The daily mileage limit is 300 km, it is considered in total for the entire rental period, but not more than 4500 km per month.
In case of overrun, each kilometer is paid additionally according to the company's tariffs.
The tenant can order the service “Unlimited mileage” in order not to limit himself in kilometers.

Payment for car rental is due before the start of the trip. The client pre-pays the full rental period. If you want to continue the rental, you must also make an advance payment. If the car is returned a few days before the end of the rental period, the payment is recalculated according to the actual time of using the car.
The excess is the maximum amount the customer is liable for if the car is damaged and the rental is without Full Protection. In that case, after an accident the deposit is withheld as a penalty under the rental agreement.
To keep your liability within the deposit, the incident must be officially recorded: stay at the scene, call the police (112), and notify the insurance company and NarsCars. If the incident is not recorded, the customer bears full financial liability for the damaged car.
