Can I drive the car abroad?
Yes, to EU countries and Moldova with the Travel Abroad service, and only with the car returned to Ukraine. Please agree the trip with a manager when booking.
Can I pick up the car at the railway station?
Yes, you can pick up and return the car at the railway station in Uzhgorod or order paid delivery to your address.
Ukrainian airports are currently closed to flights: visitors from abroad usually fly to Poland and continue by train. Give us your train number when booking and the car will be waiting at the station.
What is a chauffeur-driven car hire?
This is a service for businesses in Uzhgorod, enabling you to hire a car of the required class (from mid-range to premium) with a professional driver for business meetings, transfers and city trips. The cost is calculated at a fixed hourly rate, which already includes waiting time between stops at no extra charge. If required, a dedicated driver can be assigned to your company to fully address your corporate transport needs.
I want to rent a car for a legal entity in Uzhgorod
Yes, we sign the contract with your company: payment by invoice with VAT, and non-profits and non-VAT-registered organisations get an invoice without VAT. The contract can be in Ukrainian or English, and closing documents are sent electronically.

What should I do if I collide with another road user or the rental car is damaged?
In case of an accident, call the police (112) and notify the insurance company and NarsCars before any repairs. If the incident is not recorded by the police, liability is determined by the rental agreement.
I want to pay for a car rental service in Uzhgorod, how can I do it?
You can pay by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by invoice: with VAT for companies, without VAT for non-profits and non-VAT-registered organisations. Our staff who hand over cars carry card terminals.
Prices are in euros; payment is in hryvnias at the commercial exchange rate. Cash is not accepted.
What is Full Protection?
Full Protection is a package that removes the need for a deposit of €400 or more: only €100 is blocked on your card (€1,000 for premium cars). War-risk protection is included too.
It costs from €25 per day, and the longer the rental, the cheaper each day. Without Full Protection, in case of an accident the deposit is withheld under the rental contract. About 80% of our customers choose it.
What are the conditions of insurance in Uzhgorod
All cars are insured: comprehensive (KASKO) and third-party liability insurance are included in the rental price. Without Full Protection, your maximum liability for damage or an accident is the deposit amount (from €400), provided the contract terms are met.
With Full Protection (from €25 per day) there is no deposit — only €100 is blocked (€1,000 for premium cars), and war-risk protection is included.
With what fuel will I receive the rented car?
We hand over the car with a full tank — please return it full as well.
What are the daily mileage limits for car rentals?
The limit is 300 km per day, counted in total over the whole rental, but no more than 4,500 km per month. Kilometres over the limit are charged at the company rates.
Don’t want to count kilometres? Add Unlimited Mileage: €25 per day, capped at €125 for the whole rental.
What do you need to rent in Uzhgorod?
The driver must be 21+ with at least 2 years of driving experience. You need a passport or ID card, a driving licence, a bank card and a tax number (for Ukrainian citizens). Foreigners need a passport and a driving licence with the name in Latin script.
The contract can be signed on your smartphone via Diia. Under 21 or less than 2 years of experience? We can still rent you a car, with a double deposit.
How much deposit do I need to rent a car in Uzhgorod?
The deposit depends on the car class and starts from 400 €. It is blocked on your card and released after the car is returned.
With the Full Protection package there is no deposit — only a 100 € security hold is blocked (1 000 € for premium cars).
Cost of car rental service in Uzhgorod?
The price of each car is shown in the catalogue. The longer the rental, the lower the daily rate, and online booking is 10% cheaper.
