Dnipro International Airport is temporarily closed to flights, but you can rent a car in Dnipro every day. Pick up your car at the NarsCars office in the Vavylon shopping centre (20 Liubarskoho Lane), or we deliver it to Dnipro-Holovnyi Railway Station or any address in the city. Prices start at €25 per day.

Is Dnipro Airport open?

No. The airport has been closed to passenger flights since February 2022. People now travel to Dnipro by train — from Kyiv, Lviv and other cities to Dnipro-Holovnyi Railway Station. Add your train number when booking and the car will be waiting at the station.

Where can I get the car in Dnipro?

  • NarsCars office: 20 Liubarskoho Lane, Vavylon shopping centre, pick-up and return daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Dnipro-Holovnyi Railway Station — delivery to your train, fee €45.
  • Any address in Dnipro — delivery fee €45.

Where can I drive a rental car from Dnipro?

Within Dnipro and Ukrainian-controlled territory. Under the rental agreement you may not enter combat zones, temporarily occupied territories or come within 50 km of them. If your route passes close to such areas, please check it with a manager before the trip. With our One Way service you can return the car in another city where NarsCars operates.

What does Full Protection cover in Dnipro?

Full Protection includes cover for war risks: missile strikes, debris and drone attacks. No car deposit is required — only a refundable €100 guarantee deposit is blocked (€1,000 for premium cars), which covers traffic fines and other charges under the rental agreement. Without protection, the deposit starts at €400 depending on the car class.

How much does it cost?

An MG ZS costs €37 per day for 1–3 days and €25 per day from 26 days. MG One and MG ZS 2025 from €33, Ford Kuga and MG HS from €45, Volkswagen Tiguan 2026 from €53 per day. Book online to get 10% off.

What do I need to rent a car?

  • Minimum age 21 and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Foreign visitors: passport plus an International Driving Permit or a national driving licence in Latin letters; Ukrainian citizens: passport, driving licence and tax ID (IPN).
  • Mileage: 300 km per day over the whole rental, up to 4,500 km per month; the Unlimited Mileage service is available.

Rental conditions
  • Driver age — 21+.
  • Driving experience — at least 2 years.

Under 21 or less than 2 years of experience? We can still rent you a car — with a double deposit.

Ukrainian citizens: passport or ID card, driver’s licence and tax ID (IPN).

Foreign nationals: national passport and an international driving permit, or a national driver’s licence with your name in Latin letters.

Documents can be shared via Diia, and the contract signed on your smartphone.

The daily limit is 300 km, counted in total over the whole rental (no more than 4,500 km per month). Extra kilometres are charged at the company’s rates.

Don’t want to count kilometres? Add Unlimited Mileage: €25 per day, capped at €125 for the whole rental.

  • Visa / Mastercard cards, including foreign bank cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Bank transfer by invoice: with VAT for companies, without VAT for non-VAT payers

Prices are in euros; payment is in hryvnias at the commercial exchange rate. Cash is not accepted. Our managers who hand over cars carry card terminals.

The rental is paid in advance for the whole period; extensions are also prepaid. Returning the car early? Let your manager know at least 4 hours in advance and we will recalculate the payment for the actual time.

Without Full Protection, provided you comply with the rental agreement, your liability is limited to the deposit — from €400 depending on the car class. In case of an accident, the deposit is withheld as a penalty under the rental contract.

A must: do not leave the scene, call the police on 112, and notify the insurance company and NarsCars. If the incident is not officially recorded, the renter bears full financial liability for the damaged car.

Enjoy the trip — we take care of the rest. Full Protection costs from €25 per day and is added to the rental price; the longer the rental, the cheaper the protection per day.
