Rental car insurance in Ukraine

All NarsCars cars are insured under CASCO (comprehensive) and MTPL (third-party liability) — you don’t need to buy a separate policy. The deposit depends on how much liability you take on.

Without Full Protection

• Deposit: from €400 depending on the car class. The amount is blocked on your card, not charged, and released right after the car is returned.
• In case of an accident, the deposit is retained as a penalty under the rental contract.

With Full Protection — from €25 per day

• No car deposit: only a refundable deposit of €100 (€1,000 for premium class) is blocked.
• No penalties for body damage, accidents or theft.
• Wheel and glass protection, war risk protection and car wash are included.

If you have an accident

• Do not leave the scene, call the police on 112, and notify the insurance company and NarsCars.
• If the incident is not officially recorded, the renter is fully liable for the damaged car — even with Full Protection.
