Boryspil International Airport is temporarily closed to flights. You can get a rental car at your address in Boryspil, or in Kyiv — at Kyiv Central Railway Station or at our office at 29 Naberezhno-Luhova Street. Prices start at €25 per day, and with Full Protection no car deposit is required.
Is Boryspil Airport open?
No. There have been no passenger flights from Boryspil Airport since February 2022. When flights resume, we will deliver cars to the terminals again. For now, the easiest way to reach Kyiv from abroad is by train.
Can I rent a car in Boryspil itself?
Yes. We can bring the car to your address in Boryspil — your home, hotel or workplace. Delivery outside Kyiv is charged by distance, from €45. You can return the car at the same place or at our Kyiv office.
Where else can I get the car in Kyiv?
- NarsCars office: 29 Naberezhno-Luhova Street, pick-up and return daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Kyiv Central Railway Station — we meet you at the train (add your train number when booking), delivery fee €45.
- Any address in Kyiv — delivery fee €45.

How do I get from Boryspil to Kyiv and beyond?
Boryspil is about 35 km from Kyiv by highway. A rental car makes it easy to travel further across Ukraine: with our One Way service you can return it in another city where NarsCars operates. Trips to EU countries are possible with the Travel Abroad service, with the car returned in Ukraine.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the car class and rental length: the longer the rental, the lower the daily rate. An MG ZS or Suzuki Vitara costs €37 per day for 1–3 days and €25 per day from 26 days. A Ford Kuga or Hyundai Tucson starts at €45, and the 9-seat Hyundai Staria minivan at €65 per day. Book online to get 10% off.
What do I need to rent a car?
- Minimum age 21 and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Foreign visitors: national passport plus an International Driving Permit or a national driving licence with your name in Latin letters.
- Ukrainian citizens: passport, driving licence and tax ID number (IPN).
What is the deposit?
The deposit starts at €400, depending on the car class. It is blocked on your card in hryvnias at the exchange rate on the day of pick-up and released after return. With Full Protection there is no car deposit — only a refundable €100 guarantee deposit is blocked (€1,000 for premium cars). It covers traffic fines and other charges under the rental agreement.
