Kharkiv International Airport is temporarily closed to flights, but you can rent a car in Kharkiv every day. Pick up your car at the NarsCars office at 179B Heroiv Kharkova Avenue (Megapolis business centre), or we deliver it to Kharkiv South Railway Station or any address in the city. Prices start at €25 per day.
Is Kharkiv Airport open?
No. The airport has been closed to passenger flights since February 2022. People now travel to Kharkiv by train — from Kyiv, Lviv and other cities to Kharkiv South Railway Station (Kharkiv-Pasazhyrskyi). Add your train number when booking and the car will be waiting at the station.
Where can I get the car in Kharkiv?
- NarsCars office: 179B Heroiv Kharkova Avenue, Megapolis business centre, pick-up and return daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Kharkiv South Railway Station — delivery to your train, fee €45.
- Any address in Kharkiv — delivery fee €45.

Where can I drive a rental car from Kharkiv?
Within Kharkiv and Ukrainian-controlled territory. Under the rental agreement you may not enter combat zones, temporarily occupied territories or come within 50 km of them. If your route passes close to such areas, please check it with a manager before the trip.
What does Full Protection cover in Kharkiv?
Full Protection includes cover for war risks: missile strikes, debris and drone attacks. No car deposit is required — only a refundable €100 guarantee deposit is blocked (€1,000 for premium cars), which covers traffic fines and other charges under the rental agreement. Without protection, the deposit starts at €400 depending on the car class.
How much does it cost?
An MG ZS or Suzuki Vitara costs €37 per day for 1–3 days and €25 per day from 26 days. All-wheel-drive SUVs: Mitsubishi ASX 4x4 from €37, Skoda Kodiaq or Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from €53 per day. Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger pickups from €57. Book online to get 10% off.
What do I need to rent a car?
- Minimum age 21 and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Foreign visitors: passport plus an International Driving Permit or a national driving licence in Latin letters; Ukrainian citizens: passport, driving licence and tax ID (IPN).
- Mileage: 300 km per day over the whole rental, up to 4,500 km per month; the Unlimited Mileage service is available.

Условия аренды на словах одни, а по факту выдают технически неисправный автомобиль. Машина была в плохом состоянии, колёса и ходовая — под вопросом. В процессе эксплуатации возникли опасные ситуации, вплоть до риска аварии. Это прямая угроза жизни и здоровью. Арендаторы не несут ответственности, на замечания реагируют формально.
