Odesa International Airport is temporarily closed to flights. You can rent a car at our office in the city centre — 59 Rishelievska Street, Chorne More Hotel — or have it delivered to Odesa-Holovna Railway Station or your address. Prices start at €25 per day.
Is Odesa Airport open?
No. There have been no passenger flights since February 2022. People now travel to Odesa by train to Odesa-Holovna Railway Station, a few minutes’ drive from our office. Add your train number when booking and we will meet you with the car.
Where can I get the car in Odesa?
- NarsCars office: 59 Rishelievska Street, Chorne More Hotel, pick-up and return daily from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Odesa-Holovna Railway Station — delivery to your train, fee €45.
- Any address in Odesa — delivery fee €45.
Pick-up and return between 18:00 and 9:00 is available by arrangement for €45. Call centre: daily from 9:00 to 19:00, +38 067 120 7318.
Where can I go from Odesa by car?
A rental car is ideal for trips along the coast, around the region and between cities: with our One Way service you can return it in another city where NarsCars operates. Trips to EU countries are possible with the Travel Abroad service, with the car returned in Ukraine.
How much does it cost?
An MG ZS or Suzuki Vitara costs €37 per day for 1–3 days and €25 per day from 26 days. For families: the 7-seat Peugeot Rifter from €39 and the 9-seat Hyundai Staria from €65 per day. Book online to get 10% off.
What is the deposit and what does Full Protection include?
The deposit starts at €400, depending on the car class; it is blocked on your card and released after return. With Full Protection there is no car deposit — only a refundable €100 guarantee deposit is blocked (€1,000 for premium cars), which covers traffic fines and other charges under the rental agreement.
What do I need to rent a car?
- Minimum age 21 and at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Foreign visitors: passport plus an International Driving Permit or a national driving licence in Latin letters; Ukrainian citizens: passport, driving licence and tax ID (IPN).
- Mileage: 300 km per day over the whole rental, up to 4,500 km per month; the Unlimited Mileage service is available.
