Insurance and liability reduction options

LDW - Coverage in case of accident or theft/hull insurance(included in the price)*

This option reduces the Lessee’s liability (deductible) in case of damage or theft of the car, to the level of deposit (pledge). This rule applies to all persons authorized to drive a car under a rental agreement.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY** - third party liability insurance(included in price)

This option covers the driver’s liability to third parties in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property when using the NarsCars vehicle.

TOP COVER LDW/Partial coverage car rental(reduced liability for damage)

This option reduces the Lessee’s liability in case of damage or theft of the car.

Collateral and deductible are reduced by 50%.

SUPER TOP COVER LDW/Car rental with full coverage(zero liability for damage)

This option reduces the Tenant’s liability to zero. Deposit - $0, Franchise - $0

A warranty amount is required, which is used to cover the cost of fuel or car washing:

economy class - $50
middle class and above - $100

When returning a car with a full tank and in its pure form, the guarantee amount is returned to the Lessee.

The options TOP COVER LDW and SUPER TOP COVER LDW do not apply to Premium vehicles.

Attention! Payment by credit card at the office of the company is made directly by the cardholder with a passport!

Mileage

- Daily mileage limit - 300 km. In the event of a mileage, each kilometer is paid additionally according to the tariffs of the company.

- The lessee can order the service "Unlimited mileage" so as not to limit himself in kilometers. The cost of the service according to the tariffs of the company.

Pick-up

Car pick-up is possible:

at NarsCars rental offices during business hours (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mon to Sat)
at the client’s address (paid service)
during off-hours at the office, and at the client’s address (paid service)

The car is issued in its pure form and with a full tank of fuel

Drop-off

Car return possible:

at NarsCars rental offices during business hours(from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mon to Sat)

The car returns clean and with a full tank of fuel

When you return the car in a dirty form and not with a full tank of fuel, the tenant makes an additional payment according to the tariffs of the company.

Border Crossing

Departure beyond the borders of Ukraine is impossible.

Online payment terms

The tenant must be the owner of the credit card with which payment is made / made. The credit card must be valid at the time of receipt of the car.

When canceling online reservations with full prepayment, the following refund conditions apply:

Upon refund, the order will be canceled. From the moment the order is canceled, NarsCars is not obligated to secure your reservation if a new one is not made. In a paid reservation, you can add additional services that are paid at the time of pick-up.

Payment is made in national currency in accordance with the commercial rate of PrivatBank CB PJSC set on the payment date.

* All insurance conditions become invalid in the following cases:

the rented car is used to tow another vehicle;
the client takes part in races and / or competitions;
the client is driving while intoxicated;
the rental car is driven by a person who is not indicated in the rental documents;
in other cases specified in the rental agreement.

** Third-party liability insurance means insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On compulsory civil liability insurance of land vehicle owners" dated 01.07.2004 No.1961.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that NarsCars Company:

- can receive information about the User while using the NarsCars website, programs and products company NarsCars.

1. Definition of terms.

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Administration of the site of the company NarsCars (hereinafter referred to as Site Administration)" - authorized employees on site management, acting on behalf of NarsCars, who organize and perform personal data processing, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" means any information related to a person directly or indirectly determined or determined by an individual (a subject of personal data).

1.1.3. "Personal data processing" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" is a mandatory requirement for the Administrator or other persons who have access to a personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.

1.1.5. "User of the site of NarsCars" - a person who has access to the Site, through the Internet and using the Site of the company NarsCars.

1.1.6. "Cookies" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer that the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when they try to open the page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP-address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. General provisions.

2.1. The User's use of the NarsCars website means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the NarsCars website.

2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the site of the company NarsCars. The site of the company NarsCars does not control and is not responsible for the sites of third parties to which the User can click on the links available on the site of the company NarsCars.

2.4. The site administration does not verify the authenticity of the personal data provided by the User to the NarsCars website.

3. The subject of the privacy policy.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the site of NarsCars company to not disclose and provide a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides upon the request of the Site Administration when registering with the NarsCars website or when making an armor.

3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the NarsCars Website and includes the following information:

4. The purpose of collecting personal information.

4.1. Personal data of the User The administration of the site of the company NarsCars can use for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identification of the User for making an order and (or) entering into a contract to reserve a car remotely with NarsCars.

4.1.2. Granting the User access to the personalized resources of the NarsCars Website.

4.1.3. Establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the NarsCars Website, rendering services, processing requests and applications from the User.

4.1.4. Definitions of the location of the User for security, prevention of fraud.

4.1.5. Confirmation of the authenticity and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Notifications of the User of the Site of the company NarsCars about the status of the armor of the car.

4.1.7. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits by the User.

4.1.8. Providing the Customer with effective client and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the NarsCars Website.

4.1.9. Granting to the User with his consent, updates, special offers, information on prices, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site of NarsCars.

4.1.10. Implementation of advertising activities with the consent of the User.

4.1.11. Granting access to the User to the sites or services of NarsCars' partners for the purpose of obtaining products, updates and services.

5. Ways of assembling and processing data.

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such means.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the site of the company NarsCars has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order issued on the NarsCars Website.

5.3. Personal data of the User can be transferred to the authorized bodies of the government of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of the site informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The site administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. Administration of the site together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Obligations of the parties.

6.1. The User is obliged:

6.1.1. Provide information about the personal data necessary to use the Site of NarsCars.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changing this information.

6.2. The site administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. To ensure that confidential information is not kept secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other personal data of the User, except for cl. 5.2. and 5.3. this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the privacy of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in the existing business.

6.2.4. To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of request or request of the User or his legal representative or authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

7. Responsibility of the parties.

7.1. The administration of the site that has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of cases provided for in cl. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration of the site of NarsCars Company shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Administration of the site of the company NarsCars.

7.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Settlement of disputes.

8.1. Before applying to the court for a dispute arising out of the relationship between the User of the site of the company NarsCars and the Administration of the site of the company NarsCars, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant in writing of the claim about the results of the examination of the claim.

8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. To this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site of the company NarsCars the current legislation of Ukraine is applied.

9. Additional conditions.

9.1. The administration of the site of the company NarsCars has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the NarsCars Website, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.

9.4. The current Privacy Policy is posted on the page at "https://narscars.com.ua/politika-konfidentsialnosti".
