Car rental – This is a service that has recently become popular in Ukraine not only among guests of the country, but also among permanent residents. You can use a rented car to drive on personal or business matters, meet partners or relatives at the airport, organize a transfer from your hotel, or simply travel around the country.
The rental of new cars and used cars with and without a driver is offered by the companyNarscars. Working with us, you can be sure that you will receive a completely serviceable and clean car with a full tank at your disposal. You can rent any model and for any period of time.
Transport rental: conditions
Car rental in Kiev and in other large cities of Ukraine through the Narscars company is available to drivers with a driving experience of more than 2 years, whose age exceeds 23 years.
To complete the lease agreement, the client must provide the following documents:
- passport;
- driver's license;
- TIN (for citizens of Ukraine)).
The cost of car rental depends on its model and brand, as well as on the term of the contract. The tenant must pay not only the rent, but also leave a deposit in case of fines, damage and other unforeseen expenses that the landlord may incur through his fault.
The amount of the deposit depends on the car brand. It can be deposited in cash or blocked on a bank card. If there were no additional costs during the car rental, the deposit will be returned to the client in full after the rented property is returned to the car rental. If the collateral is not enough to cover all costs, the remaining amount will need to be paid when returning the vehicle.
Car return: penalties
The car rental company provides a fully fueled car that will be clean both outside and inside. At the request of the client, in addition to the standard equipment, the car will have a child car seat, GPS navigator, Wi-Fi and other services. The car must be returned to the lessor in the same form, condition and configuration in which the client received it after signing the contract.
There are several standard situations in which the car rental company can charge an additional amount from the client:
- the service life of the vehicle has exceeded the terms specified in the contract;
- the interior of the returned car needs dry cleaning;
- during the operation of the vehicle, the client violated the traffic rules and was fined for this;
- the vehicle or its components were damaged.
If the renter did not issue a tariff with unlimited mileage and exceeded the permissible daily rate, he must also pay the costs of the car rental. The standard daily mileage limit for economy and middle class models is 300 km, for the rest of the transport & ndash; 350 km. The fine for exceeding these indicators is on average 10-60 USD. In addition, if the car was rented with a full tank, then it must also be returned fully fueled. For the missing liters, the car rental will charge the client at market value.
You can return the car to the rental offices or to the client's address. For short term rentals, return to address will be provided for a fee. It is not necessary to return the car to the rental point where it was rented. For example, if you have issued car rental in Borispol, then, by prior arrangement with the car rental, you can return it at the Zhuliany airport. In order to have more opportunities, it is better to choose a car rental with a large number of dealerships throughout the country.
The car must be returned within the agreed time frame. If it is delivered with a delay of 2 hours or more, the car rental has the right to collect from the lessee the amount of the daily rental. Reputable companies meet their customers halfway, so if the delay time is short, and the reason is valid, for example, traffic jams, then additional payment is not required, the main thing is to warn the car rental about your delay. In this case, you should not cheat, since every rented car is equipped with a GPS device, and if the car was not in a traffic jam at that time, but in another locality, this will entail both a fine and cause distrust of you as a to the client in the future.
The transport must be returned to the company representative along with all the documents and in the same condition in which it was received when the contract was drawn up: clean, filled and in good working order.
Acceptance certificate
Before transferring the car for temporary use to the lessee, an act of acceptance and transfer of the vehicle is drawn up, which indicates all the defects of the vehicle at the time of its signing, its mileage and fuel level. If the client signed such an act, it means that he has no complaints about the condition of the car, and the signature on the document of the car rental representative indicates that he confirms the fact that the car was handed over to the client. When the car is returned to the company, a separate acceptance document is drawn up.
The acceptance certificate is not a mandatory document. But if the car rental company and the client sign it, the contract to be concluded must contain a clause stating that the vehicle has been handed over for use under an act of transfer and acceptance.
Conclusion of a contract
The lease agreement, which is concluded between the car rental company and the lessee, contains a list of all the rights and obligations of both parties. It can be unlimited or it can be concluded for a certain period. It must be signed in 2 copies. The contract must prescribe both the conditions for using the car and the conditions for its return, as well as all additional costs, fines and actions of the lessee in the event of an accident.
